Dear Satdeep Gill,

Thank you for your proposal. The committee is approving your request in light of the following goals that are in support of Wikimedia's existing projects:

• New editors on Wikimedia projects.
• Around 20 new articles using Content Translation in around 10 different languages.
• Feedback about improving Content Translation.

Your idea to start Wikilore is exciting and interesting, and we warmly encourage you to include your outcomes in your report for the sake of sharing with the Wikimedian community. However, for clarity in the future, we want to communicate that it's generally outside the scope of our program to offer funding support for promotion of new projects. If you haven't already done so, you may find it useful to consult these guidelines for proposing a new project.
