Dear Reem Al-Kashif,
Thank you for this request. Unfortunately, it is not eligible for funding through TPS. TPS is focused on sending volunteers to non-Wikimedia events. Since this event is hosted by WMNL, travel requests would need to be funded through them. Also, we only fund people to attend events at which they will be presenting and training others about Wikimedia. Since you are not presenting at this event, your participation falls outside the limits of this program.
