Dear ProtoplasmaKid,
This request is not technically eligible for TPS. We fund volunteers to attend conferences to do outreach to non-Wikimedians about the Wikimedia movement. We do not fund people to travel to attend partnership meetings.
Can you tell me about which staff you are working with through the Wikimedia Foundation? I would like to find out more information about this event and see if there is another way to support you.
