Hi @GHoltman (WMF):, by translating that page I found this

1. the link $collections is wrong as it leads to http://wikimediafoundation.myshopify.com/collections/collections instead of http://wikimediafoundation.myshopify.com/collections/
2. this information might be helpful: in the order process the applicant has to chose "Internal Puchase Order" as Payment Method
