Dear Macreanu Iulian,
We do not fund planning meetings through this program. However, I believe planning meetings can be funded through Rapid Grants. I am pinging the Program Officer from Rapid Grants, Woubzena Jifar, to alert her of your proposal here and get her advice about whether this request is eligible in her program.
I know it can be confusing to figure out whether TPS or Rapid Grants is the applicable program for a request like this one. Since TPS will be closing at the beginning of May, in the future Rapid Grants will be the clear choice for all similar requests.
