Dear Liridon,

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Internet Governance Forum on behalf of the Wikimedia movement. Unfortunately, TPS requires applicants to have a robust participation plan before we fund participation. In general, we do not fund participants unless they have been accepted to give a talk at the event. Participation in discussions and workshops lacks sufficient impact potential for us to approve this request.
