Thank you for submitting this request. We are glad that you are interested in representing the Wikimedia movement in this context. However, we are declining your request for funding. The reason is that we do not typically provide TPS support when the only planned form of participation is a roundtable talk. This form of participation is limited enough to make the likely impact too small for us to fund it.
