Dear E^3ithaway,
Thank you for submitting this request. It was fun to review it. It brought cheer to my morning, and I confess it was a morning that sorely needed some cheer.
Unfortunately, this proposal falls far outside our funding charge and so we can't reimburse your costs to participate in this event. Nevertheless, I wish you godspeed (which I imagine as a pleasant, relaxingly slow and ambling speed, in this case) as you lead the way toward a positive energy movement, seek a thorough understanding of how the universe works and test the boundaries and limits that one can put on their surrounds in a non localized environment. I love that you want to create a safe space for people to just play bingo and speak their minds.
