• It sounds like your project is coming along very well and I enjoyed reading about what you've done so far. It's great that you got so many applications!
• I appreciate the care you've taken in your design of your program to identify motivated participants who are equipped to succeed in your classes. At the end of your program, I'll be interested to hear if you see any trends in which of your participants stay most engaged. Based on your application review process, I'm curious whether you'll notice any patterns that were predictive!
• Are you aware of the training materials available through the Community Capacity Development program? If not, you may be interested in looking at the Capacity 4 section on New contributor engagement and growth. Since you have a cadre of trainers ready to lead classes, they might benefit from the tips listed there to support motivation among their students.
• Are you where you expected to be at this point in your finances? I have two requests for you in regard to your finance table:
  • In your Midpoint Report, can you please label all of the columns in your finance table so it is clear both which currency you are using, and whether you are referring to expenditures or allocated budget?
  • Can you please fill out the table in your Finances Tab so it gives a thumbnail overview of your finances?
• You mentioned that you might like to ask for an extension. I wanted to make sure that you are aware that there is a button at the bottom of your Timeline page that will allow you to do so.
• I saw your comment about your confusion about the Midpoint Report being due 3 months into your one year project. You are correct in your assumption that the Midpoint Report is due halfway through your project, rather than 3 months in. Would you be willing to point me to where you saw the instruction that it would be due at 3 months in? This is incorrect information and should be updated. I'm very sorry for the confusion it caused you.

• Community Capacity Development Program. We do not know the existence of this material. We'll use its certainly.
• Extension. Noted. We will activate it.
• Confusion. In the "wiki code" edition mode, the instruction refers to 3 months as highlighted on the capture.
