Comments and Questions from WMF

Hello Arianit, thank you for submitting your final report and expense documentation. Before we accept your final report we have a few comments and questions that we'd like you to review and respond to:

• We’re sorry to hear that the conference wasn’t as fruitful as you’d hoped it would be. As you identified, it can be hard to attract attendees when the conference is broken into lots of competing sessions, and when your presentations are in the afternoon of the second day. Would you participate in the conference again? If so, how would you work with the conference’s organizers to increase your presence in the conference?

Perhaps the plan was also a bit overambitious. Diversity of audiences is important. For this one it's worth to try Wikidata or other technical topics again. Otherwise we will take a break and explore other conferences for a while before we go back to it.

• Comparing your report to your application, it appears that the group was able to carry out far fewer activities than initially planned. For instance, the application includes a list of five presentations to be held but the report states that only two were held. Could you please edit your report to add more detail about why this happened?

2 of the three 3 planned presentations or 4 of the 5 planned activities were held. I edited the report to make it more clear.

• Could you please also update your report to include statistics that show how you did against the specific metrics you set in your application’s Impact section?

Hi Arianit, thank you again for submitting your final report and for your responses. We reviewed and accepted the report and documentation of expenses. I appreciate your engagement with the reporting review process and with your work throughout the grants process. I noted that there is 71 EUR amount of remaining funds.
