Hello Kabusa16 thank you for moving your project to an individual project to move this along. I have some follow up questions for you:

  1. Please note that we do not provide cash prizes for contests anymore. Would you be able to change cash prizes into gift cards, vouchers and other prizes?
  2. In regards to your budget, I see editathon on one table and workshop in the further breakdown. Are those two things referring to the same thing? If so it's confusing since one has $262 USD and the other has $100 listed.
  3. I see that you're hoping for 20 people will participate but in your photo walk breakdown I see 10 for protected areas access. Are you hoping that people who are not attending the photo walk will come to the editathon/workshop?
  4. Is the car hire for 10 or 20 people?
  5. Once you have a chance to answer the above questions please look at the total and make sure it adds up across all the tables and the budget items listed. I'm getting a different total than what you've listed but I can be misunderstanding.
  6. Can you explain further what the technical manager and online support roles will be? Is it necessary for them to be present? Just want to understand what the role involves on the ground.

Please let me know so we can move forward with this proposal. Best regards, WJifar (WMF) (talk) 17:29, 24 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hello WJifar (WMF) Thank you so much! Please find below my responses as numbered: Would you be able to change cash prizes into gift cards, vouchers and other prizes? 1. Ok. That's fine. I would purchase tech materials in the place of cash prizes. For instance: Notebook device, Mobile phone and gift voucher.

2. Yes. They are same. The term and budget has been fixed.

3. My least expectation is to have 20 people participate in the contest. However, only 10 are expected to participate in the photowalk, while the remaining people are expected to take photograph of important places within area of their residency.

4. Since only 10 people will participate in photo walk, therefore vehicle that can accommodate 10 participants will be hired.

5. Budget issues has been fixed.

6. The Technical manager and online support manager are experienced editors on Wikimedia Commons. They created and manage the landing page (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Earth_2018_in_Nigeria) and are to report any bug that may occur during the contest to the international organizer. They are experienced with a good knowledge of image licensing policy and will always be online to monitor inflow of new images and removed copyvios on sight. They will also help photographers who may be experiencing difficulties in uploading their contents for the contest. Furthermore, the technical manager and online support have organized the same contest in past. Therefore, their wealth of experience will be needed. I have also added additional team members: Jemila Abdul and Sefiyaa. Do Let me know if you need additional information. Thank you so much. Kabusa16 (talk) 16:07, 25 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
