• Could you please confirm that no offline (in-person) meetings and events will be organized in terms of this grant? We would like to acknowledge that activities for individual photo-hunts and individual travel to parks are eligible for funding at this time.

• In the proposal you mentioned that you would have local judges for jury work. Could you please add their and other team member’s Wikimedia usernames to the request page? Here you can find more information on how to find jury members and organize the selection process.
  • The names of the judges will be shared as we are still recruiting, for now, we have the core team to run the project. This is due to un-predictable availability of some prospective judges due to COVID-19. --Paelmand (talk) 09:16, 29 June 2020 (UTC)

Request for time extension to submit report

Hi DSaroyan (WMF), following our conversation on email, I would like to ask for an extension on submitting the report for this funded grant due to interuptions on our side and delay for some winners on the process of awarding them their gift voucher prizes.
