Additional Request for Venue Funds

Dear Grants Team,

We have experienced a setback in our earlier envisioned plans to get a venue through a local partner as since we had not factored in venue and projector costs in our budget we are left in need of getting a venue that can provide the accesibiity and conferecing facilities we need.

We have negotiated a package that will not see the establishment charge us separately for using their conference facilities but their meal charges covering morning tea, snacks, drinking water and lunch are $30 PP, which is more than the $15 PP we had budgtted for. After scouting for several options this is the best option we can settle for especially considering our event is in afew days and we have alot of prior site visits to do for planning purposes.
