Hello BamLifa, thank you for submitting your proposal for 1Lib1Ref. Unfortunately, we're unable to consider it at this time because you're out of compliance. We're still waiting to hear back from you regarding your Kiwix Open Day grant. The last communication we had you had mentioned you will complete it by June 2019 and report on it but we haven't received an expense documentation or final report on that.
