Hello AKibombo thank you for your submission and for your interest in participating in Wiki Loves Africa this year. I only have one question for you:

• I see that you have T-Shirts for all your participants in your budget. We don't allow t-shirts for all participants since it's a high cost item. Would it be possible to remove that item or reduce the number so it could be given as a special prize for a few editors who have had quality contributions or the most number of edits?
