Hello ActionableIdeas thank you for submitting this proposal. You have a great plan in place for your event. It was great to see you will be using the Wikipedia Outreach Dashboard for your event. I will go ahead and approve your event. I only had one follow up question/comment for you.
- Would it be possible for you to survey the audience to see how many people might need childcare? That way you can adjust your expense on that end if you get too many or not enough people who need that service.

- Wonderful! Yes, we have decided to have a sign up form to reserve spaces for childcare. That way we will know how many to expect and can adjust childcare providers accordingly. If I hold any future edit-a-thons (and I hope I will), I will be sure to include that information in the grant application.--ActionableIdeas (talk) 18:02, 7 February 2018 (UTC)
