Hello Kid Keen 47, thanks for submitting this Rapid Grant application. We are happy that you are planning to organize more Wikidata-related activities. I have reviewed the proposal and have the following questions:
- Do you hold any leading positions at Igbo Wikimedians User Group?
- Could you please provide more information about these budget items?
- Food and Drinks: What kind of food and beverage will you offer to participants? How will you deliver them?
- Wikidata Merchandise: From which store will you be purchasing the Wikidata Merchandise? Please provide more details on what types of merchandise will you offer.
- Miscellaneous: What does this cost cover?

Hello DSaroyan (WMF), bellow are the answers to your question.
- No. I am not a member of Igbo Wikimedia group and could not hold any position in the group.
- We will retain an eatery/catering service company to prepare and deliver food and drinks to participants at their door steps. The food could include garri, pounded yam, pepper soup or other foods or snacks as may be requested by the participants. they will also serve beverages like fruit smoothies, malt etc
- we will contract a branding outfit to brand the Wikidata Merchandise and distribute to participants. the materials to be branded include items like cups, T shirts and face masks.
- Miscellaneous is provided to covers unexpected bills that may arise during the project. it will also cover any unexpected increase in price during the project. for example Nigeria do not have steady power supply. there may be need to provide fuel for some participants to support their electricity generator that many household use in their houses etc. --Kid Keen 47 (talk) 20:31, 21 July 2020 (UTC)
