• Were all participants civil servants? How did you reach out to them?
• Did the experienced editors mentioned in your initial proposal participate in these events?
• How did you track the contributions of participants? Did you use any Wikimedia tool?

Dear DSaroyan (WMF) Thanks for reviewing and approving my report. You have also asked very important question on some issues that have been on my mind and I react as follows:

• I have added what I will do differently next time in the report. I apologize for not answering that question when I initially wrote the report.
• All participants in the project are civil servant. Some of them work in wiki/Nigerian_Copyright_Commission where i also work. As co workers, I simply informed them and spoke to then about the beauty of contributing in Wikipedia. What made it interesting is that as copyright officers, we are used to regulating and designing programmes to protect copyright. we are also used to the principles of creative commons and the argument for free knowledge. It was therefore interesting for my to convince then to contribute. There were also other civil servants who work in the same Federal Secretariat, where our office is, who participated. It is also interesting that some other civil servants who heard about the project after we finished indicated interest to volunteer in wikipedia. Some of them are not Igbo speaking Nigerians. I intend, if possible, to organise another programme maybe in English wikipedia or Wikidata for them to participate.
• The experienced editors mentioned in my proposals all participated in the project as they are all civil servants.
• I spoke with each participants and collected from them the words that they created or edited. I tried to use the outreachdashboard to track the edits but it did not work. I later realized that it did not work because the Igbo Wiktionary is still in incubator. I have also asked questions why the Igbo Wiktionary is still in the incubator after all the works we have done for a long time now. It appears that it has not been released from incubator because the mediawiki interface has not been translated as I discovered from wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wiktionary_Igbo. I may also have to organize another programme to translate this interface so that this project will be released from the incubator. Regards --Obihoja (talk) 19:08, 4 May 2021 (UTC)
