Committee notes: Thank you for applying to host a local meetup at the Wikimedia Hackathon. We are so grateful you took the time to put together a proposal, but unfortunately we will not be able to fund your proposal at this time. This was the first time the Hackathon organizers ran a grant program, and because of limited resources we were not able to accept most of the incredible proposals we received.

Your proposal demonstrated your commitment to this movement, and it would please us immensely if you still join us at the Hackathon. There are many other ways to take part in the online event, from hosting sessions, joining projects, or participating in social events online. We look forward to meeting you there!
