Hello Jwale2, thank you for your submission. Unfortunately, I'm marking your proposal as not funded for two reasons:
- I see on your global account page that you have been blocked from commons till November 18, 2019. Part of our eligibility requirement is that you are in good standing on Wikimedia projects. You can read more about eligibility on our guidelines page.
- We are also looking to receive your expense documentation and final report for the Open Festival grant. Also note that until you are able to complete that grant we will not be able to fund future grants. The grant reports were due on October 1, 2019. Please complete this at your earliest convenience.

2. The report for the Open Festival would be submitted by the end of the week.
3.I am very much aware of the block of my wikicommons account, so I am working with a group of volunteer to be able to submit work by end of the week.Jwale2 (talk) 08:55, 5 November 2019 (UTC)
