Hello Ctac, thank you for your proposal. Unfortunately, due to Russian funding regulations we are unable to fund individuals or groups in Russia. For this reason I am marking this proposal ineligible. We do apologize for not stating this ahead of time on our rapid grants' page to save you the trouble of putting a proposal together.
