Hello Biplab Anand, thank you for organizing a three day editathon for the Maithili and Nepali Wikipedia community. I also appreciated your email regarding how to get Wikipedia swag to Nepal. Here is a couple of questions and comments for you:

1. Can you please reduce the quantity of items you requested? We will be able to provide the hoodies but we can not provide t-shirts for the 2nd and 3rd prize winners. Instead of t-shirts we can send you pins and stickers for 2nd and 3rd prize winners.
2. You can remove items 1 - 4 on your budget and reduce the amount of the grant for only items in line 5 - 7. This way you can email us directly by following the instruction on how to request swag so we can send you the four hoodies, stickers, pins and pens.

Hi WJifar (WMF), Thanks for your question and comments.

1. Well as per your instruction, I have reduced the grant amount from the proposal. As you know I was committed to provide the T-shirt to the winners of the writing contest. Therefore I have added/requested amount for the T-shirt printing in the grant proposal.

Request for extension of reporting

I apologies for not submitting the report of the Maatribhaasha Sampadanthan in proposed date. I was completed the online events. Due to some circumstances I've not been able to complete the prize distribution and other stuffs. But, I will complete it by 25th of May and submit the final report with in 25 to 30 May, 2018.
