@لا روسا: Hi Walaa, and thanks for your proposal for your attendance and workshop preparation at the WISE Summit to introduce the Wikipedia Education Program. Before I say much more, this project is approved for funding, but that in the future, this kind of grant proposal is probably better suited for our TPS program. Thank you very much for providing some background of the work you have done with editors in past years in Egypt. That you've been able to work with editors to help them get articles to some of the highest levels of quality on Arabic Wikipedia is impressive and shows a strong understanding of project policies and ability to work with editors in a sustained and deep way. I had a few brief questions that you can answer when you're able:

  • Is there a link to your brochure on Commons that you could provide here or on the grant proposal?
  • For your follow-up plans using online sessions, how are these conducted? With your students, what sort of matters get discussed? How will you invite conference attendees to participate these sessions?
  • In terms of options for hosting an event outside the conference, what venues or options have you looked at for how to host a workshop?
