Hi User:Рөстәм Нурыев, we are pleased to approve your request for funding to pay for two notebooks for Wikimedians of Bashkortostan User Group. We understand that the second half of 2016 that you are planning many events, which are great for building awareness of Wikimedia projects, and that having notebooks available will make it easier for volunteers to teach new users how to edit without having to use their own equipment. Please make the following changes to your request:

• Please create a page on wiki where you will track the equipment, and where community members can request to use them ( Done), and post a link on this request( Done)
• Regarding your impact metrics, we think it would be more useful for you to track the number of people who use the notebooks each month instead of the number of edits. Please update the Impact section with the number of people who will use the notebooks( Done).

Below are some suggestions for how to plan effective outreach projects:

• If you want to recruit people to become Wikimedians we have found that it is more effective to plan a series of events where participants come to multiple events. Wikimedia Armenia has found that hosting 'Wiki Clubs' is a good way to recruit and train new volunteers. In the'WikiClub' model, there is a regularly planned time and place (every week or every month) where new editors can come use a computer or get help from an experienced Wikimedian. Please let us know if you would like more information about this, or an introduction to someone in the Armenian chapter.

  en:Yes, we are informed about the experience of the Armenian colleagues, but we want to find out more. In order to study their experience, we are sending two representatives to the meeting Wikimedia CEE Meeting 2016. It will be in August on the invitation of the Wikimedia Armenia. Our task at this stage, to learn more experience of our colleagues from other language sections, and apply to our practice. If you are willing, you are thinking to send more volunteers and seek funds. Perhaps we can help Wikimedia RU. We are in talks with the leadership of the cafe "Idel" of the provision of facilities for the organization of weekly meetings for volunteers in wiki-club format, including for beginners. Guide Café is ready to provide accommodation, but we have to buy their food and drinks in the day. If you agree on the minimum amount for food, we will start with the activities carried out weekly.

  ru:Да, мы информированы об опыте армянских коллег, но, нам хочется узнать больше. Для изучения их опыта мы направляем двух своих представителей на встречу Wikimedia CEE Meeting 2016. Это будет в августе по приглашению Викимедиа Армения. Наша задача на этом этапе, больше узнать опыт наших коллег из других языковых разделов и применить на нашей практике. Если будут желающие, то думаем направить больше волонтеров и будем искать средства. Возможно, нам поможет Викимедиа РУ. Мы ведем переговоры с руководством кафе "Идель" о предоставление помещения для организации еженедельных встреч для волонтеров в формате Вики-клуб, в том числе для новичков. Руководство кафе готов предоставить помещение, но, мы должны покупать у них еду и напитки в этот день. • If you are doing workshops outside of areas where Wikimedians live, it is important to make a plan for how you will follow up with participants to encourage them to continue editing after the workshop.

With much gratitude to announce that we have started the execution of the project. Due to the conversion of dollars into rubles, and to find the most advantageous offer retailers as of July 5, we plan to acquire the needed laptops with a total savings of about 8,000 rubles ($ 128). С большой благодарностью сообщаем, что мы приступили к исполнению проекта. За счет конвертации долларов в рубли и поиска наиболее выгодного предложения ритейлеров по состоянию на 5 июля мы планируем приобрести нужные нам ноутбуки с общей экономией средств около 8000 рублей (128$).
