To the project team, the project plan looks clear with activities and timelines clearly drafted and a good number of endorsements as well.

Please provide clarity regarding the current budget. This is especially related to the costs assigned for;

• Research: Note that given the timelines for delivering on this package currently, research is not expected.
• Online tools: Which tools will the team be using specifically and are there no cost effective alternatives (e.g. google meet?).

• Photography: It is unclear why this project requires a professional photographer. The primary outputs expected currently are the translated pages and feedback from community consultations. YPam (WMF) (talk) 10:37, 6 December 2022 (UTC)

• Research: Since research is not expected, we have removed it.
• Online tools: We plan making use of Zoom because Google meet does not allow recording unless with subscription. Google meet also limit the number of co-host. It is usually difficult for the host to cope with presentation and accepting attendees same time especially when the host is sharing his/her screen. The host cannot also carry out controls such as muting microphones while presenting etc. We are also uncertain if Google Meet has provision for breakout rooms unlike Zoom. On the other hand, Zoom allows co-host, recording, etc and is limited to 40 mins. But Zoom pro subscription covers all these. . We will appreciate if we are permitted to make use of Zoom being that it helps us overcome some of these challenges. However, we are open to accept the final decision/changes of the panel.
• Photography: Noted. We have removed this item from the budget and will sought other alternatives to it.
