Thank you for submitting this Midpoint Report. You have made incredible progress in the Wikidata GLAMs Campaign Ghana project. I am approving the report now with the following comments:

Congratulations on the outcomes achieved in the project activities focusing on Wikidatians-in-Residence at the Parliament of Ghana Library and Online Parliament of Ghana Contests. It is great to see the level of interest the projects draw from the community and at the same time the level of engagement by the community with the projects. We acknowledge the steps you have taken to support the improvement of the quality of the outcomes from the contests. We appreciate the efforts you have put in place to continuously build the capacity of the community members participating in the Wikidatians-in-Residence project.

We recognize the momentum gained during the implementation of activities, allowing you to conclude activities earlier than planned and focus on other aspects of the project. We note that you have made some headway in uploading the University of Ghana Bibliographic data and look forward to seeing the outcomes.

It is also great to see you adapt the activities to an online setting and succeed in them despite some of the challenges you have experience with internet connectivity and equipment.

We applaud you for being intentional about encouraging the participation of women in the projects for instance by having specific price categories. The data shared shows promising and positive outcomes of the project activities not only on the impact had with the in collaboration with existing community members but with also newcomers. We look forward to seeing these communities grow in your region.

We see that your finances are on track with a few changes due to arising needs. It is good to see you identify ways of working with the budget you have to meet these emerging needs. We note that you have made a request for an additional budget of $1,886.73 to support the purchase of equipment that will support the smooth implementation of online-based activities. The request is reasonable and is hereby approved. We look forward to learning about how this additional support enhances your work.

Overall, we recognize and commend you for the progress made in this project and look forward to seeing the great work you do in the next half of the project.
