Dear ContentMine Ltd.,

Thank you for submitting this Midpoint Report. I am accepting it now with the following comments:

  • Wow! I'm so impressed by how hard you have been working to implement a robust and widely reaching communications and engagement campaign for this project. Your table speaks volumes and I can imagine that there is a lot of creative capitol involved that doesn't clearly translate to a table, too. Galvanizing new volunteers to a new workflow is challenging, as you already know, so I'm eager to take you up on your offer to meet in person and talk more about what's been done and what you have learned from doing it.
  • Thank you for your in kind contributions to this project.
  • I'm interested to learn more about the partnership work you are doing with non-Wikimedia organizations and groups (like medical schools). You mentioned that this is going well. I'd love to know more about what's working.
  • I'm curious to understand more about what you've learned from resting your first pilot. What did going through the first set of 100 papers tell you?
  • It sounds like there is a lot of positive energy and momentum in your team. That's great to hear. A joyful experience is it's own intrinsically valuable outcome for any project. Thanks for conveying a little bit of that spirit in your report.

I'll reach out to you by email about setting up a call to talk more about your project. Our grants administrator will be in touch about next steps.

Warm regards,
