Hello Wikimedia Taiwan, thank you for putting in a grant application and for providing further clarifications. We are capturing the key questions and your responses here as well for learning and sharing with the wider community.

1) Could you provide a schedule of activity for your project? 你能提供项目的活动时间表吗？

2） As you have mentioned in your application, Asian Wikipedia month has evolved and achieved a level of recognition across the global wikimedia community. How do you continue to see this campaign and platform growing in the coming years? 亚洲月已施行多年，在全球社群之間有一定的知名度， 亚洲月接下来几年的发展策略，你有初步的想法吗？
Reke's response
亞洲月原先設計出來是要讓亞洲分會之間有一個可以共同合作的項目，但是多年以來組成團隊看起來沒有辦法達成這個目標；而且經過維基媒體運動的演變，區域整合上亞洲分成了三區，未來除了面對亞洲各自治體，可能還會跨三個Hub組織。透過核心團隊希望結合亞洲自治體的想法應該要有所轉變。
接下來的策略會更著重在條目寫作如何去影響全球維基媒體的內容，除了在量上有更多的亞洲條目產生，也要嘗試質的改變。也就是大家在維基平臺上看到哪些亞洲的面向、怎樣看這些面向。在徵件規則上，我們會有更針對選題的規範，引導亞洲的形象更多元。
3) You mentioned underrepresented communities in your application. Would you be able to provide examples of underrepresented communities that you are engaging with and the additional efforts you are taking to enable participation? 你如何鼓励代表性不足的社群参与亚洲月？你能提供例子吗?

以亞洲內部的社群而言，目前計畫未來的亞洲月都㑹徵求亞洲各地提交推薦寫作主題，由主辦方最後選出年度主題。我們可以在徵求規則上制定對代表性不足的社群更有利入選的規則，以鼓勵他們個別的使用者主動提案。
至於亞洲外部的社群，在預算中有實體活動的補助。我們會同樣會在補助規則之中規範，以提供代表性不足的社群申請做為舉辦實體活動的費用。
