Not funded edit

Hello Anuary Rajabu, thank you for submitting your grant application. We appreciate your interest in contributing to the mission of the Wikimedia Movement. We are continuously strengthening our grants review process, ensuring that grant funding is being invested towards impactful projects and efforts geared towards contributing to the mission of Wikimedia Movement in the most efficient and effective manner.

After reviewing your application, we have decided to not fund your Rapid Fund request. Here is the main reasons for our decision:

  • We highly recommend you to reach out and coordinate with Wikimedia Community Arusha to collaborate together as they will be glad to support the project with the upcoming General Support Fund .
  • For a better community impact, it is very important to work more closely with community groups before submitting the grant request to ensure community outreach and engagement.
