This project if considered will promote Wikimedia projects that will be a chance to bring underrepresented community members and geography to know what Wikimedia projects are all about also new set of editors will be recruited to work on Wikipedia languages lacking more volunteers. 1. The project is very important because in Swahili Wikipedia we have very if it not at all content to bridge the content gap we have so far, The strategies chosen are very productive as mentioned like engaging stakeholders, promoting Accessibility via highlighting the benefits of Wikipedia accessibility features and contents to the local community(Swahili contents for hearing impairments), community outreaches workshop and training and other mentioned methodologies.
  2. Some key aspects highlighted and well developed is advocacy and awareness by collaborating with local organizations that support people with disabilities such as TSB and other governmental institutions involved. The overall budget I think will be enough even though I would like to add a promotion of the use of offline Wikimedia solutions like KIWIX for Areas with limited internet connectivity and am not sure if the budget will sustain for now.
  3. This proposal focuses on very interesting research as for now we do not have such content within our Swahili Wikipedia so am happy to see one of us found it out and decided to do some work I am proud of them.
  4. Frankly speaking this is going to bring a very positive impact since it is going to provide room to an underrepresented group of disabled people who were left behind and were willing to be part of the Swahili community by contributing and learning and reading.
  5. The project is coherent with the objective, strategies, budget, and expected results.

I do heavily support this proposal, since it's a good initiative that aims to involve people with disabilities within the movement while this group seems to be left behind. As elaborated working with experts in disability matters as well as experienced wikimedians, this will eventually help the success of the project as needed.
