Support. There is very little content on remote areas such as Enugu North Senatorial Zone which this proposal addressed. The few available articles lack references and pictures to back them up. This proposal is timely as it will help to bridge the gap in knowledge on the local government. Moreover, the application is proposed by young people. it is likely the successful execution of this project will encourage other young people to develop an interest in contributing to Wikipedia. Dear Osypraiseatama, thanks for submitting your Rapid Fund request. We appreciate your interest in contributing to the mission of the Wikimedia Movement. After a thorough review of your application, we have decided to not fund your Rapid Fund request.

• While the desired change is clear, we think that the significance of that change hasn't been demonstrated.
• The importance of the content captured hasn't been demonstrated. While we acknowledge that markets may be significant in terms of culture, the importance and impact for Wikimedia projects hasn't been shown.
• There is also no initial research presented which would indicate the need for running this project.
• Some questions in the application are incomplete. The alignment between budget and produced content is low.
• We request that in similar projects the applicant or group leaders are experienced on target Wikimedia projects. However, this experience hasn't been demonstrated.
• The proposal hasn't been shared by relevant community groups and members.
• The described learnings are not connected to the Wikimedia movement.
