Hello نعيم قربوسي, thank you very much for applying for this Rapid Fund proposal. It is clear that your application builds on learnings from the last grant (reducing the amount of monuments to photograph, reducing members to focus on active members).

We have reviewed the proposal and made a decision to fund it in the amount of 14,350 TND (4,674 USD). We have a few recommendations and questions for you:

• Budget. Would it be possible for you to review and revise your budget to add more details to the expense for each of the photowalks planned? Currently, the expenses are not displayed by participants, and rather by day. Would it be possible to break down the expenses by transportation and accommodation?

• Learning. Would it also be possible for you to revise your learning questions, similar to what was written in last year’s application, to help you build on your year-on-year progress?

• Documentation of photos / duplicates. What is your plan to ensure the quality of the photos on Wikimedia Commons? How will you organize the photowalks to avoid any duplicate photos?

Dear FElgueretly-WMFthank you very much ,it is a great news for the community of Club Wiki Metlaoui, about about your recommendation and questions, we find below the following answers

1. Budget:we have updated the budget with the number of participants and transportation and accommodation, and and we will make sure to add more details during the net projects
2. Learning: we have learn a lot from this project during the last year, it is an interesting opportunity for the community to learn about Monuments in Tunisia also about Wikipedia and commons photos a lot a participants understand for the first time what is a public domain, and the importance of a photos published in wikipedia
3. Documentation of photos / duplicates. : to ensure the quality of the photos on Wikimedia Commons we will invite only professional photographers, and we will use the tools Quality images of wikimedia commons and we will organise during the workshops a session about Quality imes and Featured pictures to to give a chance for participants to learn more about commons .
