Hello @Arash.pt, thanks for submitting this Rapid Fund proposal. We have reviewed the proposal and made a decision to fund it in the amount of 4800 EUR (4984 USD).

• Action plans for future activities and initiatives within our community;
• A strategy for ongoing collaboration and communication with the wider Wikimedia movement;
• Documentation of best practices and learnings to be shared with the broader community.

Moreover, attendees for this meetup will meet a selection criteria with a clear process for applying to attend.
