I think the proposal is great shape overall, but wanted to confirm what communications or discussions you've had with the Wikimedia Community User Group Turkey around this project? If not, have you considered reaching out to them for possible support? Can you also clarify what you mean about your membership in the user group itself? I haven't had much discussion with the Wikimedia Group about this. I had mentioned this project in a "Wikituesday" meeting when we were talking about the Lexeme features on Wikidata. I was thinking of reaching out if/when the grant application was accepted. By membership in the group, I mean that I am not a formal member of any entity related to Wikimedia, but I am active in the Wikimedia Turkey Telegram groups. If by membership, we mean my username being written in the page you sent me (along with fitting the criteria that Wikimedia requires) I can/would want to join that.
