Review of Wikidata experience

As this proposal mentions Wikidata, I have performed a review of the team members' experience and record on that project.

•  Oppose OTim75 has very little experience on Wikidata. They have created six items: five have been deleted for lack of notability, and the sixth was redirected as a duplicate. In addition to lacking notability, these items contained other significant representation errors. I cannot endorse this editor as a Wikidata trainer at this time.
•  Oppose Major Lyte has a substantial number of contributions but most of them have been deleted as non-notable. In May of 2023 they were indefinitely blocked after they recreated two previously-deleted items. As these items were spam created by blocked users, the assumption was made that this user was block evading. The user appealed the block in July 2023, with the argument that the items were created under their account when they had lent their laptop to someone else. Although it is not best practice to allow blocked users to edit under your account, they were given another chance and unblocked. They have not edited Wikidata since.
•  Oppose Favourdare123 has substantial experience on Wikidata, but a significant number of item creations have been deleted for lack of notability. They do not respond to feedback. Reviewing their most recent item creations, I see several that do not establish notability and basic newbie errors in writing descriptions.

In summary, I cannot endorse this team for Wikidata training. Bovlb (talk) 22:16, 27 December 2023 (UTC)
