Amendment in April 23 edit

We updated the main text of the proposal in order to answer two questionf from User:I_JethroBT_(WMF).

1. What did we mean by "intermediate Wiki editing"

2. Who will be conducting the mentioned training.

Please feel free to get in touch if you have any other questions.

All best!

@ManaraKM: Thanks for these changes. Unfortunately, edits to the application need to be made to Fluxx directly, as we have a bot that actively maintains the copy of the applicaition on Fluxx for the purpose of consistency. However, you can add information here directly to the talk page. Would be willing to copy over the new content over to the talk page here below? Just to make sure: this should be also changed on Fluxx? ManaraKM (talk) 17:20, 24 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

Endorsement from Parodda (talk) edit

This is a very important project with the potential to positively impact more than 600 million people. In order to bridge the science-practice gap, it is critical that evidence-based psychological resources be accessible to all. I think that this diverse and interdisciplinary team has the skills to make a project of this magnitude happen! The project plan is very detailed, and makes a lot of sense. The wiki platform has a long history of helping make critical information accessible, and I think that this project fits with that mission quite well. --Parodda (talk) 22:53, 3 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

Endorsement from brikaug edit

As a late addition to this project, I find the mission of this project to be synonymous with that of the Wikimedia foundation: creating a new way to make critical information accessible. This project specifically grants greater access to notoriously underrepresented topics in underrepresented communities while also promoting new ideas that can improve access to already available information. The project plan itself is well thought out and clearly founded in evidence-based research and has the ability to create large-scale, ever-lasting results even with a familiar small grant in the scope of research. Overall, approving a grant for this project would be a worthy investment now and for future projects at the Wikimedia foundation. Brikaug (talk) 23:13, 3 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
