Not funded edit

Hello Tesleemah,

Thank you for submitting your grant application. We appreciate your interest in contributing to the mission of the Wikimedia Movement. We are continuously strengthening our grants review process, ensuring that grant funding is being invested towards impactful projects and efforts geared towards contributing to the mission of Wikimedia Movement in the most efficient and effective manner.

After a thorough review of your application, we have decided to not fund your Rapid Fund request. Here are the main reasons for our decision:

  • The project proposal is clear. However, the activities will place far from where the active team members are located. Given the sustainability risk, we think that similar activities should be organized by local active community members.
  • Responses to some questions in the grant proposal are inclear or incomplete.

Thank you for the feedback, All active members are within locality of the community at the moment except ibjaja who will be the virtual trainer for the project.

Regarding the questions that are not clear, can I know them and give proper responses here Tesleemah (talk) 11:59, 9 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
