Hi Sagan and Visem, thank you for all of the effort you put into planning this project and writing this report. We are happy to hear that the event was successful for growing the size and skills of your community, and for the substantial improvements you have made to Bashkir Wikipedia by adding new articles and translating MediaWiki system messages so that more people are able to participate. We are impressed by how dedicated your community is to improving Bashkir Wikipedia - focusing your efforts during the week on adding articles from the list of 1,000 essential articles list was a great idea. We will suggest this to other grantees who have similar goals. We understand that you did not expect to be charged income tax on this grant when you applied for it so we will make an exception to help you cover that cost. In the future, please include any taxes that should be paid through the grant in budget of your grant request. Thank you everybody for making this event. As I noticed, the activity in Bashkir Wikipedia has increased and the number of articles during Wikimedia CEE Spring 2016 contest in Bashkir Wikipedia positively surprised me. --Visem (talk) 07:48, 31 May 2016 (UTC)
