Concerns edit

The last WikiConference was organised by Mumbai (fully) and Pune (partly) communities in 2011. While the idea mooted here is laudable, it is my humble opinion that such ideas be driven by city communities rather than individuals. This prosal is beyond the capability of the proposer and his few volunteers to execute. The same proposal be put forth by WMIN chapter after one or more city communities agree to host it. In its current form, imho this grant is unviable in principle regardless of how low or high the funds involved. AshLin (talk) 17:51, 3 March 2015 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Dear Ashwin, This is just simple idea in IdeaLab without any funding request. I have also replied to your 'against' comment. WMIN/any-interested-organization is more than welcome to take lead and execute same. :-) AbhiSuryawanshi (talk) 04:27, 10 March 2015 (UTC)Reply[reply]
