I think a good way to proceed with this idea is to start with a concrete proposal of a specific institution or organization (like a school) that you'd like you work with. Right now, the idea is more of a large-scale vision, and is hard to implement without more concrete plans. Was there a particular place you wanted to work with, perhaps in your home country?
