Grants talk:PEG/ITOCA/Train-the-trainer South Africa workshop/Request for Reallocation

Dear ITOCA team,

I'm afraid 9 days of work is way too much to fund for obtaining and processing responses from, at most, 32 people. While we are interested in learning about any training delivered by the participants in their respective institutions, we won't spend $2000 to obtain this data, especially considering the high likelihood no such training was ultimately delivered. We would therefore like ITOCA to return the unused funds to WMF, per these instructions. If this is a problem, for some reason, please let us know, and we may be able to substitute that with a wire within South Africa, to our local affiliate.
