Hello Csisc,
It appears that your project is focused on an editing contest. As such, this should be transferred over to the Project and Event Grant (PEG) program. Though we do sometimes fund contests through IEG, typically we only do so if they are piloting a new experimental approach. When the focus is on executing an established model, they are funded through PEG.

30 June 2016 is the deadline for submitting grant requests under the current Project & Event Grants program.
