Grants talk:APG/Proposals/2014-2015 round1/FDC staff assessment template

Translation
editThis needs translation-enabled ;-)
I am not entirely convinced by the transclusion on each assessment of the overall assessments… Specifically, enabling translation here will necessitate altering the transclusion (using {{TNT}}) to properly display it. Will do at some point.

- We did it that way becuase we need the overall text included in each form, and it was better when creating the text to have one page to make changes to. Is there a better way to accomplish the same thing that makes translation less difficult? In the mean time, I've marked each form where the template is used with TNT, so that if translated versions of the template are created they will display. When using the template in the future we can mark it with TNT from the beginning. Let us know if there's something else we can do. Apologies for the delayed response on this! - Follow-up: I moved some time ago some of the contents to Grants:APG/Proposals/2014-2015 round1/FDC staff assessments overview. Wiki content do not have to be in Template namespace to be transcluded (and noinclude and onlyinclude can go a long way), even if parameters are needed.
- I would need more time to experiment how Translate can be enabled on such document, still. Jean-Fred (talk) 16:02, 23 December 2014 (UTC)
- Ok, I moved this very page to Grants:APG/Proposals/2014-2015 round1/FDC staff assessment template, on which I also enabled translation. I also made a proof of concept triple-layered translation in CAT and AT. This needs some more work (asked for help on Babylon) but I think we’re getting there.

Namespace
editThe content of this page is not appropriate for Template namespace. Hence, I commented it on Grants talk:APG/Staff proposal assessment form instead. Please move where appropriate. --Nemo 11:35, 26 November 2014 (UTC)
