Create Public Awareness: We plan to inform interested participant both existing members and new potential members through e-fliers and our social media pages Instagram, X(twitter) and mainly our whatsapp platform. The public awareness aim is to continually remind the participants about the event.

6. How will you engage participants after the event(s)?

We will engage the participants after the events through our WhatsApp community group chat. Through the edit-a-thon we will have open sessions on the community group where we can hear and assist them if there is any issue they cant seem to solve on their own.
