It has also been announced at the Nigerian Wikipedia community WhatsApp platform. 3. How will you let participants know about the edit-a-thon? In what ways will you be communicating with them?
For example, these can include on-wiki spaces, social media channels, mailing lists, messaging apps, or physical/online gatherings.

The project has been announced at the University Nigeria, Nsukka Library Welfare association WhatsApp platform. It has also been announced at the University of Nigeria Community WhatsApp platform and Enugu Hub WhatsApp platform. As a result of the ongoing strike in Nigerian Universities, one on one phone calls will also be employed to inform members of the project.

Yes, we have experienced Wikipedia editors to lead the event. Myself User: Ngozi osadebe, Users: Ezimoo and Beatrice Ewa who have been acting as facilitators in all Wikipedia projects at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka are available to lead the event. Wikipedia projects at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka include, Nnamdi Azikiwe Library art and feminism Wikipedia edit-a-thon 2017-2021, Surplus People in the Universities Research Group (SPURG) Let's make Wikipedia editing inclusive, E-WIN art and Feminism Wikipedia edit-a-thon.

5. Do participants have the equipment or skills needed to participate and contribute high quality content? If not, how will you support them?

Yes. Participants have the required equipment. Almost all Librarians have personal laptops. Moreover the University Library computer Laboratory is available for our use at minimal cost. The University has internet connection and electric power supply. Though there will be need to purchase internet data and diesel for the standby generator incase of disruption in internet connectivity and poser supply

6. How will you engage participants after the event(s)?

I will form a WhatsApp group of all participants through which members will share experiences. I will also organize a meetup for face to face interaction with members.

7. Is there anything else you want to tell us about this project?

I would have loved to attract more younger librarians and students librarians but the University is on compulsory break as a result of the strike embarked on by the Academic Union of Universities.

I will set up a dashboard to tract the project metrics.

We have good facilitators, functional computer laboratory, personal laptops, University internet and electricity power supply.

This project is being organized by myself User: Ngozi osadebe. I will call on all librarians at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka to come out en mass to participate in the #1Lib1Ref3AfLIBWK 2020. I will do all logistics duties required for a successful outcome for it. This includes identifying the hall, publicity and contacting other facilitators. I will also identify people to mange light refreshment for participants on the days of the events.

I will not receive support from anywhere else for this event. What resources do you need? For your funding request, list bullet points for each expense and include a total amount.

WE will need the following resources:
1. Venue @ NGN25,000 = NGN25,000
2. Data @ NGN20,000 = NGN20,000
3. Diesel for standby (25 liters @NGN750.) = NGN18,750
4. Lunch @NGN3,300 (23 people made up of 20 librarians, 1 technical assistance, I baby sitter and 1 cleaner) = N75,900
5. Malt drink (1 crate) @ NGN6,000 = NGN6,000.
6. Bottled Water 2pkts @ NGN1,500 =3,000
7. Mineral (for Children waiting for their mothers) 1 crates @ 2000 =2,000
8. Flex banner (for publicity) pieces @ NGN10,000. = NGN10,000
9. Customized exercise book (3 dozens to serve as souvenir) = NGN21,000
10. Honorarium to baby sitter NGN5 X 1 day = NGN5,000
11. Honorarium to Cleaner NGN3,000. X 1 day = NGN3,000
12. Honorarium to technical Assistance NGN10,000 X 1 day = NGN10,000.
TOTAL.= NGN199,650. One hundred and ninety-nine thousand, six hundred and fifty naira only.
