Proposed participation edit
I participate in different Wikimedia projects. The question of developping regional Wikimedia thematic organizations is very important for me. I am active participant of CEE region events and I am happy to know representatives of the Republic of Srpska. Together we have already co-organized some cooperation, as an example is project Tragom duše.
Goal and expected impact edit
First of all I plan to meet with more representatives from the Republic of Srpska. I am a member of organizing team of Wikimedia CEE Meeting 2018 in Lviv and for me is very important to know better about local communities and their projects and events. Wikimedia Start Republika Srpska 2018 is a good chance for me to know about problems and benefits of Wikimedians from this region. I hope that I can share this experience with my native Ukrainian community and with representatives of some other communities. Also I hope it will help us during organizing CEE Meeting 2018. During this event I also plan to share my experience by organizing workshop and making speech (as for now I plan to speak about Wikidata for newcomers and Wikiexpeditions. Other potential topics may be discussed with organizers). In general, I think we may organize more fruitful cooperation with Wikimedians of Republic of Srpska.
Budget breakdown edit
- Round trip from Kyiv to Sarajevo: ~ 600 USD
As there is no direct connection to Sarajevo, any airport(s) of Ukraine can be used. If I need to go to other cities of Ukraine I plan to use railway transportation.
