en: On October 1-2, 2016, the Wikimedia RU Wiki-Conference will take place in Saint-Petersburg - this is the tenth annual international forum devoted to the development of the Wikimedia projects in the languages of Russia. Since the beginning of this year, the active editors of Bashkir Wikipedia and the members of Wikimedians of Bashkortostan User Group have discussed this opportunity, and suggested that their delegation participates in Wiki Conference 2016. At their meetings on April 15, May 29 and July 16 this year, they have selected representatives into this delegation. Wikimedia RU, the organizer of the conference, has suggested that the Bashkir volunteers conduct a round table / discussion with the contributors to Wikipedias in Russia's minority languages. The representatives of Wikimedians of Bashkortostan User Group have prepared to deliver several presentations about the projects they have implemented and are planning to implement.
ru: 1-2 октября 2016 года в Санкт-Петербурге состоится Вики-конференция 2016 — десятый международный ежегодный форум, посвящённый развитию проектов Викимедиа на языках народов России. Активные редакторы Башкирской Википедии и члены Wikimedians of Bashkortostan User Group на собраниях с начала текущего года обсуждают и предлагают принять участие в Вики-конференции 2016 своей делегации. На собраниях, состоявшихся 15 апреля, 20 мая, 16 июля текущего года, выбрали представителей в состав делегации. Викимедиа РУ, организатор конференции, предлагает башкирским волонтерам провести круглый стол (дискуссию) с участниками малых языковых разделов и обсудить возможные варианты активизации их развития. Представители Wikimedians of Bashkortostan User Group готовят несколько докладов (презентаций) о реализованных и планируемых проектах.

Goal and expected impact edit
en: We expect that our participation in this Wiki conference will:
- Communicate to all conference participants about the Bashkir volunteers' experience, our completed and future projects and how women's NGOs in Bashkortostan are active at promoting Wikimedia projects.
- The Wikimedians of Bashkortostan User Group delegation will conduct a round table / discussion for the contributors to the Wikipedias in Russia's minority languages.
- Personal communications and discussions with the representatives of the Wikipedias and Wiki projects in Russia's minority languages will further enthusiasm in the members of BAK UG delegation to continue our activities. The lessons learned may help us expand the scope of future Bashkir Wikipedia projects.
ru: В результате участия этой делегации в мероприятии:
- Все участники конференции узнают об опыте работы сообщества башкирских волонтеров, о реализованных и планируемых проектах, о деятельности женских общественных организаций в Башкортостане по пропаганде Викимедиа проектов.
- Делегация Wikimedians of Bashkortostan User Group станет организатором круглого стола (дискуссии) с участниками малых разделов Википедии на языках народов России.
- Непосредственное знакомство и общение с представителями Википедий и википроектов на языках народов России станет моральным стимулом для дальнейшей эффективной работы членов делегации, приобретенный опыт позволит расширить тематику реализуемых проектов в башкирском разделе Википедии.

- Travel (round trip airfare from Ufa to St. Petersburg): USD 167.60 х 3 persons = USD 502.80 (Aeroflot direct flight from Ufa to St Petersburg)
- Travel (round trip by bus from Sibay to Ufa, ): USD 30
- Accommodation: The cost of a 2-room for 3 nights = USD 401.46 (Azimut Hotel. There may be discounts for the participants of Wiki-conference 2016)
- Meals and incidental expenses: USD 100 х 3 persons х 3 days = USD 900
- The tax on personal income - USD 274.09
Total: USD 2108.35, including on the implementation of the project USD 1834,26, the tax on personal income - USD 274.09.
