Grants:TPS/African Hope/Wikimedia Diversity Conference 2017
This is a draft submission to the Wikimedia Participation Support program. It's not yet ready for review, so there is no need to comment just yet.
Proposed participation
editThis conference gathers under-represented communities from the Wikimedia movement in order for each of them to learn from others, share their successes and challenges, make their local initiatives more impactful. As a seasoned wikipedian and vice-chair of my local User Group, a country from the Global South, attending this event could be pivotal in a sense that the lessons learned and partnerships made there could tremendously impact our actions in Cote d'Ivoire. I intend to share some results that our collaboration with GLAM partners has engendered in terms of content creation.
Goal and expected impact
edit- Illustrating how GLAM collaboration can leverage content editing, not only content liberation
- Learning from other affiliates approaches in terms of GLAM collaboration
Budget breakdown

Other instructions
