Month 1 - May
edit- Created sustainable fashion wikiproject at es:Wikiproyecto:Moda sostenible
Month 2 - June
edit- Listed articles within our scope at es:Wikiproyecto:Moda sostenible/seguimiento as well as at their talk pages
- Listed articles to be created, translated or improved at es:Wikiproyecto:Moda sostenible/tareas
- Organized first edit-a-thon at es:Wikipedia:Encuentros/Editatón en línea sobre moda sostenible
Month 3 - July
edit- Created an editing guide specifically designed for the public of the Fashion Revolution movement
- Organized second edit-a-thon at es:Wikipedia:Encuentros/Editatón en línea sobre moda sostenible julio
- Created online form to recruit interested volunteers from the Fashion Revolution movement
- Divided articles within our scope into categories (see es:Wikiproyecto:Moda sostenible/seguimiento) and assigned each category to one team member, as well as the responsibility to contact and motivate volunteers interested in said category
Month 4 - August
edit- 45 people signed up to participate from our online form to recruit interested volunteers
- Created online library for volunteers to get easier access to suggested bibliography. This includes files translated specially for this project.
- Created documents to make it easier for volunteers to start contributing to each of the categories. These documents contain selected bibliography for certain topics, as well as citations and basic instructions on how to edit Wikipedia.

Month 5 - September
edit- Created Whatsapp groups to stay in touch with volunteers.
- Hosted two free Zooms teaching participants how to edit Wikipedia (09/09 and 16/09)
- Met with Jaluj (Muj(lh)eres latinoamericanas en Wikimedia) (22/09)
- Presented the project on Global FR Meeting, invited members to organise edit-a-thons (23/09)
- Hosted Secondhand September Edit-a-thon (27/09)
- Hosted the September-October 2021Edit-a-thon (09/09/2021 - 09/10/2021)
Month 6 - October
edit- Hosted the September-October 2021Edit-a-thon (09/09/2021 - 09/10/2021)
- Created a Guide for Edit-a-thon Organisers
- Created the Category:Fashion Revolution in Commons
- Created a Telegram group chat for participants
- Started organising the Black Friday Edit-a-thon
Month 7 - November
edit- Hosting the Black Friday Edit-a-thon + link to the Black Friday Edit-a-thon dashboard (10-30 November)
- Hosting the first Training for Organisers (10 November)
- Preparing an partnership agreement with Muj(lh)eres latinoamericanas en Wikimedia, alongside Jaluj

edit- Created three video tutorials to train new editathon organisers

edit- Meetup on Wikipedia to invite members to the Fashion Transparency Edit-a-thon
- Proposal to generalise the creation of the Wikiproject to Sustainable Development. We also notified WikiProject Climate Change, WikiProject Environment and Wikimedians for Sustainable Development (on Telegram)
Month 11 - March
edit- Preparing for the Fashion Transparency Edit-a-thon of April 18th - 24th
- Call for Edit-a-thong Organisers amongst Fashion Revolution Global Network members (read it in English) (read it in Spanish)
Month 12 - April

- Training session on how to edit Wikipedia
- Broadcasting on social media and email that we are holding an Edit-a-thon (social media link)
Month 13 - May
edit- Liaison with Complejo Belgrano University, interested in holding a translation Edit-a-thon
- Crafting Futures report Edit-a-thon with British Council and REDIT Federal (Argentinian Federal Inter-University Network of Fashion and Textile Design)
- Edit-a-thon on Fashion and Environmental Education. Alliance with Provincial Museum of Natural Sciences (Museo Provincial de Ciencias Naturales) from Córdoba, Argentina.
- Liaison with 4th year Editorial class of BA in Graphic Design from the University Universidad del Norte Santo Tomás de Aquino. Tucumán, Argentina.
- Liaison with Fashion Revolution Global Network members
