LearningEdit
Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:
- What worked well?
We managed to host our first event, and conduct one photo hunt, which it was before COVID19 sparks out, we were able to conduct online webinars and meetings plus training on uploading, and even final event as well as judging.
- What did not work so well?
On the beginning every one has expectation on participating physical on the event, so we had to convince people through virtual tools, that led us to spend more time on internet, waiting and re-do some of meetings or webinars.
- What would you do differently next time?
Combine both virtual meetings / webinars and physical to create a culture of acceptance of virtual events. We will also advise for the judging tool to be improved ie: The tool should allow the admin to see judges screen so we could easily explain to judges on how the tool works, we had to re-do some of the judging, due to little mistakes on the usage of the tool.

None. All fund was used for the project.
Anything elseEdit
Anything else you want to share about your project?
It was a bit difficulty to do photo hunting during this time of COVID 19, we had to use Zoom calls, and other form of digital tools to reach more photographers and contributors, and the few converted were able to submit. One thing we might like to advise is also to look into the judging tool by adding features that will help organizers to preview or see the interface of the Jury for a purpose of helping.
